• Conceptualization — This is a detailed presentation which illustrates the overall project objectives, style and design vision with a color palette, inspiration imagery and a proposed layout including built-ins, proportions, scale and balance. Whether curating a new floor plan for your renovation or working alongside your architect to make edits, our initial focus is ensuring optimal functionality and a foundation in direction regarding style and theme.

• Design Development — Once agreeing on the conceptual plan, we will develop the design further which is inclusive of detailed elevations, drawings of custom builds such as cupboards or vanities, selection of wall, floor and tile finishes, detailing accent walls, spaces and window treatments, and sourcing of the above selected or designed.

• Specifications — This is a detailed schedule of 1) the final selections including product description, quantity, supplier and cost, providing a complete quotation and order schedule for all your finishes, fittings and furnishings. 2) Installation information regarding locations, dimensions and finishes by codes.
